Who It Is For

Seniority does not interview for you

The candidate who gets the offer is rarely the most senior in the field; they are the best prepared for the specific conversation in front of them. The brief does that preparation with you, before the stakes are live.

Executives facing a decisive interview

Leaders heading into final rounds, panel interviews and presentations where the field is strong, the margins are thin and improvisation is a risk.

Leaders out of practice

Senior executives whose last real interview was years ago, promoted and headhunted since, now facing a process that has changed shape entirely.

Board & appointment candidates

Candidates for board seats, committee roles and public appointments, where the questioning turns on governance and judgement rather than operational war stories.

What You Receive

The conversation, anticipated in writing

i

Themes & likely questions

The strategic themes and lines of questioning your target role invites, drawn from the role, the organisation and the level, together with the concerns sitting behind each question, so you answer what is actually being asked.

ii

Your answers, structured

Frameworks for structuring responses under pressure, your strongest achievements articulated from your own record, and your value proposition threaded through the conversation rather than saved for the closing question.

iii

Salary & negotiation

Considered guidance for the money conversation: how to hold your position, when to move and what your seniority supports. Delivered in Word and PDF, self-guided at your own pace, and worth revisiting before every round.

iv

The standard behind it

Written by a senior advisor through the Executive Career Positioning Suite™ methodology, consistent with your CV and positioning where we hold them, and handled in complete confidence with an NDA available on request.

What To Expect

From order to prepared, on your schedule

01

Order

Secure checkout by card, PayPal, PayFast or EFT. Invoicing is available if you prefer; the terms are identical.

02

Complete your intake

A structured questionnaire you complete at your leisure. Name the target role and organisation, and share the job description and your CV if you have them.

03

Brief in 3 to 5 days

Your senior advisor builds the brief around your target role and your record. The clock starts when your intake is complete.

04

Review and refine

You review, we refine. Revisions are free for 30 days, and finals arrive in Word and PDF, ready to deploy.

No scheduled calls, unless you want one

Our clients span time zones and full diaries, so the detailed intake replaces the telephone consultation. Completed in your own time, it consistently draws out richer material than questions answered on the spot. Prefer to talk it through? A telephone consult with a dedicated consultant is available on request.

Considered Questions

Before you order

Is this coaching or a mock interview?
No. It is a personalised written brief you work through at your own pace: no live session, no scheduling across time zones, and nothing that expires after an hour. You can revisit it before every round, which is exactly how our clients use it.
What makes it personalised?
The brief is built on the specific role and organisation you name in the intake, and on your own record and achievements, not on a generic bank of interview questions. Two clients pursuing the same title would receive two different briefs.
What if I have several rounds of interviews?
The brief is built around one target role and serves you through that role’s successive rounds, from screening to final panel. Pursuing a second, different role? Ask a consultant about an additional brief.
When should I order it?
As soon as an interview is likely. The brief arrives within 3 to 5 business days of your completed intake, and the earlier you hold it, the more rounds it works for you.
Will I have a call with my advisor?
Your detailed intake, completed in your own time, briefs your advisor fully and replaces a scheduled call. If you prefer to talk it through, a telephone consult with a dedicated consultant is available on request.
What if I want changes?
Revisions are free for 30 days from first delivery. After that, updates to existing information remain free, and edits that require new content writing carry a small fee, always quoted before any work begins.
Is my information confidential?
Completely. Your identity and your documents are never disclosed or shared, our client references are anonymised, and an NDA is available on request.
