  4. No contract subsists until we accept your order. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods/services at any time. All prices are subject to change at any time prior to your order being accepted and are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for refusing to accept your order, withdrawing any goods/services or changing any prices.
  5. We retain the right to revoke your right to continued use of our services at our discretion.
  6. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms, conditions or policies.

5. REVISIONS POLICY

We are only responsible for errors caused by us. We are not liable for inaccuracies originating from client-provided information.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Before Consultation

Full refund minus payment gateway or banking fees.

After Consultation (Before First Draft)

70% refund.

After First Draft Delivery

No refunds.

Refunds processed via original payment method where possible.

We are not liable for delays caused by payment processors.

7. PAYMENTS

Payment is required in full prior to commencement. For increased online payments security, we do not collect credit card details on this site, we use reputable extremal payment gateways namely PayPal and PayFast. For more information please refer to PayPal End User Agreement and PayFast’s End User Agreement

If you select Direct Payment, please email proof of payment to [email protected] and use your order number as a reference to allow us to allocate your payment.

No online payments are processed directly on our site, you will be redirected to a secure PayFast platform where you will perform your payment. We do not handle any customers credit/debit card details.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite CV shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or Services. Elite CV’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Elite CV for the relevant service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, fraud or willful misconduct. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.
